它有着5500N的推力,在速度高达5m/s时可负载量达1.6tns,而且可达到+/-0.05mm的可复现性。Parker还提供定时传带驱动器或者小齿轮(ack-and-pinion)驱动器。定时传带驱动组件的标准运行方式选项可达20m,小齿轮(ack-and-pinion)驱动器则为50m。
Parker Electromechanical(派克电动机械)HPLA应用的进一步发展在于其安装的便易性,它可以安装在任意的方向,通过和装置的连接,将小齿轮(ack-and-pinion)驱动器型设置为任意长度成为可能。运用这两种设计,加上人工合成的承重车轮就能够实现在精密阳极氧化铝轮廓中运行,或者带上硬化钢轮在钢轨上运行。

HPLA linear actuator
The latest HPLA linear actuator from Parker Electromechanical is designed to provide precision positioning of heavy loads at high speed. It has a thrust of 5500N, carries loads of up to 1.6tns at speeds up to 5m/s, and achieves a repeatability of +/- 0.05mm. Parker offers the units with either a timing belt or rack-and-pinion drive. Standard travel options for the timing belt-drive module are up to 20m, with 50m offered for the rack-and-pinion drive. Extending the range of applications for Parker Electromechanical’s HPLA further is the facility to install the units in any orientation and the possibility to configure the rack-and-pinion version to any length by joining units together. With both design options, the carriage can be supplied with either synthetic load-bearing wheels running in a high-precision anodised aluminium profile, or hardened steel wheels running on steel guideways. Parker Electromechanical can supply the HPLA linear actuators without a drive module, for use as free-running guide units, and they are available with a range of options, including fitting or connecting plates, position sensors, limit switches, integrated linear encoders and cable carriers.
